Returns and Store Credit
- Clothing purchases that are not on sale or personalized may ONLY be returned for an exchange or store credit within 10 days of the ship date.
- Returned items must remain unwashed and unworn with tags attached.
- Items with pet hair, deodorant, makeup, other stains or smoke smell will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.If return shipping invoice is not paid within 30 days item will be donated.
- Original shipping fees are nonrefundable and the customer is responsible for S&H cost of the returned or exchanged item(s)
- Please use a tracking service for your returns. We are not responsible for lost packages!
- No returns on bras, swim wear, body suits, leggings or gift type items.
- Items purchased with a discount code, sale items or personalized cannot be returned or exchanged.
- STORE CREDIT WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL LINKED TO YOUR ACCOUNT. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING TRACK OF YOUR STORE CREDIT.
- DUE TO DAILY INVENTORY CHANGES, we cannot guarantee your item(s) will be available for exchange. If this happens a store credit will be issued.
- We will do all we can to help you find your lost package, but please understand once the package is in the hands of USPS Rusty Arrow Designs is not held responsible

If you received the wrong item or a damaged item please email us within 2 days of delivery date for further assistance.
