Our custom made personalized bag tags are the perfect additional to your luggage, backpack or anything else that you don't want to lose.

Stainless Steel Wire Loop is included with your luggage tag.
Please leave in the order note the information you would like printed on the back. Please double check spelling of names, address ect.
1 for $12.00 or 2 for $22.00 all information has to be the same no changes on the second one.
Refunds or exchanges are not excepted on custom orders.
Please make your purchase then email us at orders@rustyarrowdesigns.com with your information and ideas as to what artwork you would like. We will send a proof before printing once approved we will print.
***We ship weekly from Monday-Friday if more than 1 item is ordered it my arrive in different packages depending on what warehouse it is shipped from.
If you if you use LOCAL code and are not local we will invoice you for the shipping of your item! If you do not pay shipping invoice with in 14 days merchandise will be restocked NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN
If you choose LOCAL and are local you will have 14 days to come get your item before it is restocked no refunds.
Please allow 5-7 Business daysfor your order to be processed and shipped!
Actual ship time will depend on where it's being delivered.Ship time does not include processing days.
We cannot control if your package is lost or stolen, once it has left our facility we are no longer responsible for it. We will provide you with a tracking number. In the event your package is lost or stolen you will need to contact your local post office for further assistance. We will not issue refunds or replace items that have tracking as delivered. ( It is your responsibility to contact the post office in this event or file a police report for theft of mail) We will however help as much as possible to locate packages within the postal system with tracking showing intransit.
If you address is entered incorrectly and the package goes to that address we are not responsible for returns or refunds of that item
Shipping charges are non-refundable
If you receive a damage or defective item that is unworn, unwashed and has the tags in the original location please contact us within 3 days to have it taken care of.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
